Find Your Valuation Multiple
Discover indicative EBITDA and revenue multiples for your business based on industry, size, growth rate, and quality factors. Multiples are resolved live from the same sector benchmark table our valuation engine uses. Medium sized European businesses sold for about 8.6× their profit in Q1 2026, according to the Argos Mid-Market Index, which tracks completed sales and is published by Argos Wityu. Individual sector figures are MANDA estimates, not verified transaction data. Sectors we hold no benchmark for are shown as not yet benchmarked, never invented.
- The index only covers businesses inside the eurozone that are not listed on a stock exchange, worth between 15 million and 500 million euros, where the buyer took control rather than a minority stake. Each figure is a rolling median over six months. Three industries are left out of the index entirely: financial services, real estate, and high technology. Argos does not collect them, so any figure we show for those industries is ours alone and is not supported by this source. Argos publishes one figure covering all industries together. It does not publish a separate figure for any single industry, so every per industry number on this platform is our own estimate worked out from that one figure, not something Argos published. No country adjustment is made to this eurozone reference multiple. It is a published index, not verified transaction data that MANDA holds.

- Base multiples are MANDA sector estimates calibrated to the all industry figure for Q1 2026 from the Argos Mid-Market Index. They are not verified transaction data. Size, growth and quality factors are heuristic adjustments applied on top. Actual transaction multiples depend on market conditions, buyer competition, deal structure, and detailed due diligence findings.
- European Industry Multiples
- Sourced live from the same sector benchmark table our valuation engine uses. Argos publishes one figure covering all industries together. It does not publish a separate figure for any single industry, so every per industry number on this platform is our own estimate worked out from that one figure, not something Argos published. EV/Revenue is only held for a small number of sectors.
