Accessibility Statement
How we design MANDA Institute to be usable by everyone, written plainly, including what we're still working on.
- Where we are today
- MANDA Institute is in beta. This statement describes the accessibility we design for and are actively working toward, not a finished, independently certified result. We have not yet completed a formal external accessibility audit. If you run into a barrier, please tell us through our contact page and we will help you directly while we fix it.
- The key points, in plain language.
- AA-checked colour
- Our palette is designed and checked against WCAG AA contrast ratios.
- Keyboard friendly
- Built on accessible component primitives with keyboard support.
- Works across desktop, tablet, and mobile screen sizes.
- Written in English
- The site is in English only. Emilia, our AI assistant, also replies in 9 other languages.
- This summary is for convenience only; the full statement below is what applies.
- The four principles we design around.
- WCAG groups accessibility into four ideas. We use them as the reference for how we build.
- Information and interface elements are presented in ways people can perceive, for example text alternatives and sufficient contrast.
- Interface components and navigation can be operated by everyone, including by keyboard and assistive devices.
- Content reads clearly and behaves predictably, with helpful labels and error messages.
- Content is built with valid, semantic markup so it works with current and future assistive technologies.
- Our Commitment
- MANDA Institute wants its business-valuation platform to be usable by as many people as possible, including people with disabilities. Accessibility is something we design for and keep improving as the platform grows.
- What we aim to do
- According to European Commission estimates, around 87 million people in the EU live with some form of disability. As a platform serving businesses across European markets, we take that seriously.
- Standards We Work Toward
- WCAG 2.1 Level AA (target)
- We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA as our reference and design toward its four principles: perceivable, operable, understandable, and robust.
- European Accessibility Act & EN 301 549
- We are working toward alignment with the European Accessibility Act (Directive (EU) 2019/882) and the EN 301 549 standard for ICT accessibility.
- The platform is in beta and has not yet been independently audited or certified. We review accessibility ourselves as part of ongoing development and address issues as we find them.
- Accessible Foundations
- Rather than claim features we have not verified, here is what the platform is genuinely built on:
- Keyboard Navigation
- We aim to keep interactive elements reachable and operable using a keyboard alone.
- For the best experience we recommend a current version of Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge.
- Screen Readers & Assistive Tech
- How we support assistive technology
- Honest limitation
- We have not yet completed formal, independent testing across every screen reader and assistive device. If something does not work well with your setup, please tell us and we will help and prioritise a fix.
- Visual & Reading Comfort
- About themes
- The platform currently uses a single light theme by design, rather than a separate dark mode. We also aim not to block browser or operating-system accessibility settings, such as high-contrast modes.
- Documents & Reports
- Our valuation reports and downloads aim to use clear structure and readable formatting. Accessibility of generated documents is an area we are actively improving.
- Need a different format?
- If you need a report or any content in an alternative or more accessible format, contact us and we will work with you to provide it.
- Known Limitations
- We would rather be honest about where we are than overstate it. We are currently aware that:
- If you hit a barrier in any of these areas, contact us. We can provide an alternative while we work on a fix.
- Feedback & Contact
- Accessibility is an ongoing effort and your feedback genuinely helps. Please get in touch through our contact page if you encounter a barrier, have a suggestion, or need content in another format. We aim to respond promptly.
- It helps if you can tell us
- Your Rights
- We would always prefer to resolve any accessibility concern with you directly. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may be able to escalate to the accessibility enforcement body in your EU, EEA, or EFTA country under the European Accessibility Act. Your statutory rights are not affected by this statement.
- Found an accessibility barrier?
- Tell us what happened and we will work with you to find an alternative and fix the problem. You can also review our Privacy Policy.

The full valuation takes about 5 minutes, uses your own financials and shows up to four methods. Both are free. Both are indicative estimates, not a formal appraisal.
- The one success fee we intend to charge applies only when a deal closes. Provisional. No engagement letter has been drafted yet, so this is how we intend to charge rather than terms you can hold us to.
